These are vessels designed to store or contain liquids and gases, manufactured under specific regulations such as ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). We specialize in the production of both atmospheric and internal pressure tanks, adapting to the particular needs of each client in terms of size, shape, and material. Materials used include structural steels such as ASTM A36 and stainless steels such as AISI 304 and AISI 316.

A significant example of our work includes the manufacturing of pressure tanks for large-scale industrial projects, such as plant modernization in the forestry industry, where tanks with capacities of up to 238 m³ have been produced.
Tank
It refers to a storage or process vessel for fluids used in production or treatment processes, such as water, oils, steam, or any chemical product. These tanks can be designed with special materials depending on the type of substance they store and can include control systems for operating variables, such as liquid level, temperature, pressure, and agitation, among others.
We offer warranties for our tanks, although the terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the specific equipment. These warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and issues related to material quality.

It depends on the current stage of the project. If it is for design and manufacturing, it is important to provide the operating and process conditions, as well as the characteristics of the fluid to be stored.
If it is strictly for manufacturing, the design drawings and general dimensions are sufficient.
It corresponds to the regulations set by the Ministry of Transportation for road transport, which are:

For larger sizes, a route feasibility study is required.
In general, regulations establish a maximum limit for Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), which usually does not exceed 45 tons.
